The Eagles win the toss and choose to withhold their option until the second half. The Eagles made short work of the first receive of the game, scoring by the 10:58 time on the clock. The extra point was good, making the score 7-0.

J T Edwards ran in for the second touch down of the game and came back to complete a two point conversion himself. The score was 15-0 within the first five minutes of the game. PH came back to being the score up to 15-7.

At the start of the second quarter the score was still 15-7 in favor of the Eagles. The second half was uneventful with a final score of 15-13 in favor of the Eagles.

The third quarter was push and shove with neither team making head way until 17 seconds to play when the Eagles scored again. The Eagles decided to push for a two point conversion. They successfully drove it in, making the score 23-13 Franklin County.

J T Edwards again drove the ball in for a touchdown early in the fourth quarter. But J T did not stop there. He took the ball and ran it in for another two point conversion, making the score 31-13 with 8:02 to go.

However, the Patriots refused to give up, coming back down field to score a touch down. The Eagles did manage to stop the two point conversion, leaving the score 31-19, Franklin County. Marcel Preston stepped up and intercepted a pass by the Patriots, putting Franklin County back in control of the ball with less than three minutes to play. With only one time out remaining for PH, there was little they could do to stop the clock. Final score, 31-19, Franklin County Eagles.
